I am, Dr. Alexander Hermanus Manuputty, Leader of the Maluku Sovereignty Front, acting as the Transitional Government of the Republic of South Maluku (RMS) which was proclaimed on April 25 1950, chose to send an Open Letter rather than sending a Closed Letter which most likely would not reach your hands to be read. I am sure that this Open Letter will be read by everyone, including Maluku children everywhere.
