Indigenous students and youth members of the coalition overseeing the Indigenous Peoples Bill held a public forum in the courtyard of the Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program at Pattimura University (Unpatti), Ambon, on Tuesday (April 7, 2026). The protest, titled "Voices of Alifuru," was held to urge the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) to ratify the Indigenous Peoples Bill.
