Southwest Maluku Regency (MBD) the forgotten PARADISE is an island regency consisting of hundreds of small islands with very abundant natural resource potential
such as gold, barrite, copper, mercury, sulfur, in addition to petroleum which has bright prospects, to be explored and exploited.
Exploitation of Southwest Maluku’s mineral resources which started since 1990 does not make a significant contribution to improving community welfare, including poverty alleviation in 342 out of 424 underdeveloped villages there. ‼️

Kabupaten Maluku Barat Daya (MBD) surga yang terlupakan merupakan kabupaten kepulauan yang terdiri dari ratusan pulau kecil dengan potensi sumber daya alam yang sangat melimpah seperti emas, barit, tembaga, merkuri, belerang, di samping minyak bumi yang memiliki prospek cerah untuk dieksplorasi dan dieksploitasi. Eksploitasi sumber daya mineral Maluku Barat Daya yang dimulai sejak tahun 1990 tidak memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, termasuk penanggulangan kemiskinan di 342 dari 424 desa tertinggal di sana. ‼️
